We're breaking out the good china and glasses for the delectable combination of Belgian Inspired beer and locally inspired food. Join us Saturday, March 19 for a very special Beer Dinner in the Brewery.
Head Brewer Brian Confer and Executive Chef Joe Meyers will treat 16 guests to five food courses paired perfectly with five of our Belgian beers.
Cost: $70 per person. $60 per Cloudspotter. Advance registration required.
This is our first open-to-the-public brewery beer dinner and seats will go quickly.

• Seared Ricotta Gnocchi with Kale Flowers, Oven Roasted Grape Tomatoes, Shaved Cheese and White Truffle Oil
Fourth Course - Main
• Braised Elk Osso Bucco, Beer/Mirepoix Gravy, Carmelized Carrots
Fifth Course - Dessert
• Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing
