Guests will enjoy a multi-course meal with each course prepared separately by a prominent Michigan chef. Each chef has chosen a specific Stormcloud beer to pair with their dish.

Cost: $90 per person, includes food and beer pairings.
Seating is limited. Limit of two tickets per person. Must reserve in advance. Gratuity not included. Must be at least 21 years of age to attend.
Dining Notes: Dinner is community style seating. Menu will be available prior to the event.
A portion of proceeds from this event will be donated to the Home Delivered Meals Program operated by the Benzie County Council on Aging.

Medium Rare EMU meat patty from Wallin Farms served on a sweet hot plum drizzled with Red Port plum sauce and finished with Rowed Hard mustard. Paired with Rowed Hard Belgo-Oatmeal Stout.

Slow roasted, seared, pork belly with fried green tomato, chèvre medallion, arugula, red hot vinaigrette. Paired with B., Sirius Belgian-style Dubbel.
Gabe Lava of Gabe's Old Fashioned Frozen Custard
Bourbon Dream Frozen Custard, brown butter cake, chantilly cream, smoked orange marmalade, candied caraway and fennelseed. Paired with The Bard Card.
