Michiganders Dann and Chester will be brewing up some great music in the Stormcloud Taproom Beer Garden!

‘Dann The Band Featuring Chester’ are two singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalists who sound like a five piece band. They describe their style as “roots rock and old stock”. Roots rock goes way back and old stock is all that great music that came out on vinyl.

Using a variety of instruments, including the made-in-Michigan, Farmer Foot Drums and a Hammond portable keyboard for piano, organ and bass, plus blues harmonicas, guitars and an electric blues ukulele and others, they pour out a fantastic mix of older, familiar pop and rock tunes, combined with classic and original ‘cry-in-your-beer’ blues!

Every song is a fresh interpretation and never played that same way twice. You will not want to miss what they have on tap just for you! Join us at the Taproom for some real end of summer fun.

Sometimes traditional, sometimes contemporary, always imbued with a raw honesty, Lansing based Independent Music Award winning songwriter Jen Sygit wields a rare and powerful talent that seems equally comfortable performing ethereal folk tunes, crooning sultry swing numbers or soulfully belting gritty alt country ballads. An accomplished multi-instrumentalist who isn’t afraid to test boundaries and cross genres, Jen’s eclectic musical style draws the listener in and holds them captivated. Her poignant lyrics tinged with a delicate melancholy, reveal an oft-overlooked beauty to life’s mundane struggles while offering the occasional glimpse into the plight of a modern day troubadour.

In addition to her solo career, Jen is also one third of the all-female string band Stella! and is a veteran back up singer/session vocalist having appeared on over 50 albums. Besides regionally touring and playing shows, Jen was the weekly radio show of “Eclecticana” (WLNZ 89.7fm Lansing, MI) for 10 years, retiring during the pandemic.

Featuring Joe Chamberlin of Flylite Gemini, Gemini Moon creates a similar playful, loving, and inviting space by blending 90s grunge, 60s psychedelia, blues, and folk elements into a harmonious mix.

JUST ANNOUNCED: Cool Beans (Jeff Lauwsma & Dave Grimes)

Join Jeff Lauwsma & Dave Grimes, Cool Beans, from 6-8pm on Wednesday, August 19th in the beer garden at the Parkview Taproom.

OUR FLUFFY PALS ARE BACK AT THE PARKVIEW TAPROOM! Our friends from Crystal Lake Alpacas will be bringing their friendly, fluffy alpacas for you to meet, pet, and enjoy while you sip your favorite pint.

Join us at Parkview Taproom on August 13th from 6-8pm for the return of Robert Rolfe Feddersen. He’s a Chicago-born, Crown Point-based singer/songwriter known for honest, humorous, and heartfelt songs.

Feddersen has a well-crafted ten album catalog of songs, the last four of which were recorded all analog in Chicago by Steve Albini (Nirvana, Pixies, Cheap Trick). RRF was also named "Best of 2016" on Chicago's 93XRT’s Local Anesthetic as well as the "Top 500 of ALL United States performers on Bandsintown for 2022 -- giving fans 115 killer shows at 74 venues in 58 cities!"

Formerly the frontman of well-known mid-90’s Chicago band LOUDMOUTH, Robert earned a gold album from the soundtrack for the film Varsity Blues, penning the hit song "Fly." His songs have also appeared in numerous movies, movie trailers and TV shows. As a working and touring singer/songwriter, Robert performs in excess of 100 shows per year and his songwriting has been compared to early Springsteen/Steve Earle/Woody Guthrie. Robert’s live shows are entertaining, engaging and audience-inclusive and he has a unique style to his guitar playing -- taking a properly strung right-handed guitar and flipping it left handed so the strings are in reversed order. “I break a lot of high E strings playing this way, but it’s the only way I understand and play the guitar.”

Luke Woltanski is a Michigan born singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist.

He plays the guitar, harmonica, piano and several other instruments. Playing live, he employs an improvisational one-man-band style in his music - playing the harmonica, guitar/piano, porchboard bass, and singing at the same time. Think Bob Dylan and James Taylor.

Luke is known around northern Michigan, northern Georgia, and Nashville for his storytelling and improvisational skills while playing solo or with his band. He has published three studio records, has been praised by The Recording Artist Guild and Big City Rhythm and Blues Magazine as an "immersive storyteller and intelligent musician" and is proud to always be a family friendly act.

Catch Luke in his return to the Parkview Taproom this summer!
