Flavor Profile: Nightswimmer pours a deep, opaque brown with a mocha-colored head. The aroma presents light chocolate and roast notes intertwined with hints of dark fruit. On the palate, expect smooth dark malt flavors complemented by subtle cocoa and dark stone-fruit undertones. The Belgian yeast contributes a slight background fruitiness, enhancing the beer's complexity. The finish is balanced, with a mild bitterness that doesn't overpower the malt sweetness.
