Meet Keith!
Keith joined our FOH crew at the Downtown Pub and Parkview Taproom five months ago and we are fired up to have him on the team. If you’ve met him already, you probably know he has a knack for making people laugh and brightening the room effortlessly.
He’s a caring, quick-witted, cat guy, and just an all-around good dude to have at The Cloud.
Let’s get to know Keith a little better—
What's your favorite part about working for Stormcloud?
I like my coworkers, everyone working here seems to really work as a team and the culture is set up in a way that lets you know everyone has your back. I can count on my co-workers to boost my mood and bring me up. Making a fun day even more fun.
What is your favorite past or present Stormcloud beer?
I really enjoy the A.B.B.I., it was my first encounter with a Belgian style beer and it’s wildly approachable and often the one I recommend when a guest asks me what they should try.
What's an interesting fact about yourself that you want the world to know?
I donated my hair to wigs for kids back in 2019 and have been growing my hair since to do it again.
What do you enjoy doing when you're not working at the ‘Cloud?
I play a lot of video games, mostly on my computer, and I thoroughly enjoy being outside. Hiking is one of my favorite activities, with the right group of people I could walk all day and not even think about it. Rock hunting is also a major draw of living in this area, we have some amazing rocks along our shores.
What's your favorite quote or a piece of advice that has stuck with you?
There is a poet named Shane Koyczan who wrote one of my favorite lines in his poem Instructions for a Bad Day that resonates with me on any long day. “Know that now is only an instant and if today is as bad as it gets understand that by tomorrow today will have ended.”
What are you listening to?
My music taste can be a little all over the place! Bands like Mayday Parade, Sleeping At Last, the Fray, Greensky Bluegrass, Matchbox Twenty, Noah Kahn, Caamp, Buffalo Traffic Jam, Like Roses, The Black Keys, Arctic Monkeys and so many more shape my music taste. But I’m often trying to find new artists to keep me from listening to the same 20 songs every week.
